腦內(nèi)多發(fā)腔隙灶嚴(yán)重嗎

腦內(nèi)出現(xiàn)多發(fā)性腔隙灶的情況并不是特別嚴(yán)重，這屬于腦梗死分型中較為輕微的分型，腦內(nèi)多發(fā)性腔梗大多數(shù)會(huì)出現(xiàn)在高血壓病史的患者身上，主要是由于動(dòng)脈硬化小血管閉塞而引起的。如果只是輕度的腔隙性腦梗塞，患者并沒(méi)有明顯的臨床癥狀。
如果患者已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了多發(fā)性腔梗，則需要引起高度的重視。因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)期的腔口會(huì)引起血管出現(xiàn)動(dòng)脈硬化，如果沒(méi)有及時(shí)的干預(yù)治療，有可能會(huì)發(fā)展為大血管梗死，會(huì)造成患者出現(xiàn)偏癱、偏盲、感覺(jué)障礙、言語(yǔ)功能障礙、吞咽功能障礙等，所以要盡快的接受治療，不要延誤。
