眼球內有紅血絲多指結膜充血，可能是眼部炎癥、眼外傷、青光眼、干眼癥等原因引起的。
眼部炎癥如結膜炎、角膜炎、虹膜炎、鞏膜炎等，在炎癥刺激下，患者可有不同程度的結膜充血，患者從而表現(xiàn)出紅血絲增多的癥狀。眼外傷如眼球鈍挫傷、眼異物傷等，患者也可出現(xiàn)結膜充血，病情嚴重的，還可出現(xiàn)結膜下出血。青光眼是一組以特征性視神經(jīng)萎縮和視野缺損為共同特征的疾病，病理性眼壓增高是其主要危險因素。當青光眼患者眼壓升高后，患者也可出現(xiàn)結膜充血。
干眼是指任何原因引起的淚液質、量異?；騽恿W異常導致的淚膜穩(wěn)定性下降，可伴有眼睛不適或眼表組織損害等，患者常出現(xiàn)結膜出血、異物感、眼睛干澀等不適。建議結膜充血嚴重的患者及時就診，評估病情，遵醫(yī)囑進行治療。
