竇性心動過速它是指竇性心律的頻率超過一百次每分。引起竇性心動過速通常我們會分為病理性的因素和生理性的因素，生理性的因素它是引起動心動過速比較常見的原因。比如說我們在運動時或者是運動剛結束之后，緊張、焦慮，飲用了濃茶、咖啡或過量的飲酒、熬夜，都會引起這種心跳的增快。
還有病理性的原因，比如一些非心源性的疾病引起，比如說感染、發(fā)熱、貧血、甲狀腺功能亢進、休克等，那這些心動過速大多是疾病的一個代償性的反應，還有一些心源性的疾病，比如說心肌炎、急性心梗之后、心包積液以及各種原因引起來的心功能不全，會發(fā)生這種竇性心動過速。
還有一些情況就是他沒有任何的這些誘因，他就是本身交感神經興奮性比較高，經常靜息狀態(tài)下可能也到了一百次每分以上。那這種情況的話在一部分的年輕的男性和女性當中也可以見到。
