骨髓抑制期是指患有惡性腫瘤的病人，在使用化療藥物化療期間，導(dǎo)致身體出現(xiàn)的紅細(xì)胞數(shù)量減少到紅細(xì)胞數(shù)量逐漸恢復(fù)正常的這段時(shí)間。這是化療藥物對骨髓造血功能產(chǎn)生抑制作用后出現(xiàn)的癥狀?；颊咴谶@段時(shí)間內(nèi)，因?yàn)楣撬柙煅δ苁艿揭种?，?dǎo)致血液中的紅細(xì)胞和血紅蛋白數(shù)量大量減少，引起身體出現(xiàn)貧血癥狀。
患者比較容易出現(xiàn)身體發(fā)燒，甚至出現(xiàn)高燒不退和心慌、氣短、胸悶等癥狀。因?yàn)檠t蛋白數(shù)量減少，身體抵抗力差，還容易并發(fā)一些感染性疾病。所以，這種情況下，醫(yī)生需要給患者采取輸血和使用些預(yù)防感染的抗生素對癥治療，減輕并發(fā)癥癥狀。
