甲亢治愈后害復(fù)發(fā)嗎

確實甲亢治愈后有復(fù)發(fā)的，也有不復(fù)發(fā)的，是否容易復(fù)發(fā)區(qū)別對待，目前沒有很好的指標(biāo)能預(yù)測，能夠復(fù)發(fā)或者不復(fù)發(fā)，但是總的來講甲亢治愈后，一般有復(fù)發(fā)也有不復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率還是挺高的。
甲亢的治療包括藥物治療，最常見的藥物治療，就是甲巰咪唑治療和丙硫氧嘧啶這兩種治療，這兩種藥物治療之后，一般治療要2年左右，實際上個體差別很大，有的人幾個月就可以停藥，有的人吃10年、8年，停藥之后仍然復(fù)發(fā)，這是需要注意的，然后放射性碘治療，治療之后容易出現(xiàn)甲減，也有人治療之后沒有出現(xiàn)甲減，甲功正常水平，但是觀察時間長之后，仍然可能出現(xiàn)加減，很多人治療1年之后沒有出現(xiàn)甲減，2年之后沒有甲減，10年、20年之后可能出現(xiàn)甲減，而手術(shù)治療現(xiàn)在很少做。
所以總的來講，甲亢治療，尤其是藥物治療治愈后很容易復(fù)發(fā)，這是一個臨床上很容易面臨的問題，所以治療停藥之后仍要間斷監(jiān)測甲狀腺功能，尤其在有應(yīng)急誘因的情況下，比如著急生氣、離婚喪偶、感冒、這情況更要注意甲狀腺功能有沒有變化。
