前列腺結(jié)石可以做超聲檢查，而且前列腺結(jié)石的患者，平常一般是沒有癥狀的，往往是做超聲檢查體檢的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)有前列腺結(jié)石。
前列腺結(jié)石的產(chǎn)生是以前有過前列腺炎，前列腺的炎癥程度一般不重，輕度的前列腺炎。所以，患者可能沒有感覺或者有相應(yīng)的感覺沒有引起重視。當(dāng)前列腺炎癥的消失，局部組織愈合以后就會留下前列腺的鈣化，前列腺的鈣化組織如果增大就形成前列腺的結(jié)石。前列腺結(jié)石和其他部位的結(jié)石也差不多的，在超聲底下會顯示比較高的回聲或者強(qiáng)回聲。所以，通過超聲檢查可以分辨出前列腺結(jié)石。
