甲肝血象高嗎

甲型病毒性肝炎的患者血象不一定會呈升高的趨勢。甲肝主要是由于感染了甲型肝炎病毒導致的，是一種消化道急性傳染性疾病，其傳播途徑主要以糞口傳播為主，比如甲肝患者的分泌物，排泄物，大便，小便，唾液等都可以進行傳播，所以一旦確認要進行集中隔離，同時對分泌物進行消毒處理。
甲肝患者可能會出現(xiàn)皮膚鞏膜的黃染厭油，惡心，反酸，腹部脹滿疼痛等，肝功提示可能會出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高，膽紅素升高等，這種情況建議進行對癥處理，既可以通過使用保肝降酶退黃的藥物。同時在治療期間要少吃油膩刺激性的食物，盡量飲食清淡，減輕對肝臟的負擔。
