孕婦起濕疹不影響胎兒，但是患者的過敏體質(zhì)是可以遺傳給胎兒的。濕疹是由多種內(nèi)外因素引起的一類過敏性炎癥性疾病的總稱，濕疹患者是過敏性的素質(zhì)也稱之為過敏性的體質(zhì)。
患者由于某些過敏原因而引起，濕疹的過敏原因很多，感染、創(chuàng)傷、變應(yīng)原過敏、機(jī)械、物理因素、化學(xué)因素、食物、藥物、精神因素、代謝障礙、營養(yǎng)障礙、循環(huán)障礙、局部搔抓或用藥不當(dāng)?shù)龋伎梢砸饾裾畹陌l(fā)作。
濕疹的主要臨床癥狀是瘙癢、皮膚損害包括：紅斑、丘疹、丘皰疹以及水皰、脫屑等，有滲出傾向故稱之為濕疹。濕疹的皮損分為三期，即急性期、亞急性期和慢性期，不同時期的皮損選擇不同的外用藥物治療。
