拍牙片能看出牙隱裂嗎

拍牙片是很難看出牙隱裂的，牙隱裂的裂紋往往不是很明顯，牙片是顯現(xiàn)不清晰的，因為牙片是二維成像，而三維成像技術會顯示的清楚的多，如果懷疑有牙隱裂，最好做CBCT檢查，同時還要看醫(yī)生的讀片技術。除了結合X線片檢查，還需要臨床詳細檢查，看看有沒有咬合創(chuàng)傷，有沒有咬硬物硌傷的病史等等。
如果牙隱裂沒有波及牙髓，沒有不可逆牙髓炎的癥狀，可以做全冠修復來保護患牙，同時存在咬合創(chuàng)傷的需要調(diào)頜。如果牙隱裂伴有急性或慢性牙髓炎的癥狀，那就需要去除牙髓組織做根管治療后再全冠修復了。
