新生兒缺鈣可發(fā)生新生兒低鈣血癥，癥狀輕重不一，主要表現(xiàn)有呼吸暫停、激惹、煩躁不安、肌肉抽動(dòng)及震顫、驚跳，重者發(fā)生驚厥，手足搐搦和喉痙攣少見。發(fā)作期間小兒一般情況良好，肌張力稍增高。
早產(chǎn)兒、極低和超低體重兒更易于低鈣，可表現(xiàn)為生長發(fā)育延遲，嚴(yán)重者可出現(xiàn)佝僂病樣癥狀，甚至可發(fā)生骨折。
新生兒出生后應(yīng)注意觀察，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)就診，由醫(yī)生明確診斷并治療。
