角膜炎可以自愈嗎

角膜炎是有可能治愈的，但是只有角膜炎病情比較輕微，感染的病原微生物毒力比較低的情況，才有可能出現(xiàn)角膜炎的自愈，是由于身體的免疫系統(tǒng)使用抗體、白細(xì)胞等成分，將感染角膜組織的病原體完全殺滅后，而導(dǎo)致的角膜炎痊愈。
雖然炎癥病灶去除了，但是很可能在角膜基質(zhì)中遺留瘢痕，會(huì)導(dǎo)致患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)后仍然有看東西模糊不清等癥狀。此時(shí)可以到醫(yī)院的眼科就診，通過驗(yàn)光檢查確定準(zhǔn)確的殘余屈光度數(shù)。隨后可以通過佩戴眼鏡進(jìn)行矯正，使視疲勞的癥狀得以緩解。
