鼻骨骨折會(huì)出現(xiàn)哪些并發(fā)癥

鼻骨骨折的患者如果不及時(shí)治療，可能會(huì)引發(fā)外鼻嚴(yán)重畸形，顱內(nèi)感染，框內(nèi)感染等一系列并發(fā)癥。鼻骨骨折往往是由于受外力的撞擊引起，鼻骨骨折的患者受傷的部位會(huì)出現(xiàn)明顯的疼痛，同時(shí)還伴隨皮下氣腫血腫的癥狀。由于鼻骨的部位的軟組織比較多。有些嚴(yán)重的患者還會(huì)出現(xiàn)塌鼻、歪鼻等癥狀。
如果不及時(shí)治療，會(huì)大大增加感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，而且還會(huì)對(duì)眼睛等周?chē)钠鞴僭斐梢欢ǖ膿p傷，進(jìn)而引發(fā)一系列嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥。因此鼻骨骨折的患者需要根據(jù)骨折的嚴(yán)重程度，通過(guò)鼻肋鏡下，鼻骨復(fù)位術(shù)，開(kāi)放式復(fù)位術(shù)等相關(guān)的手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療，以免引發(fā)并發(fā)癥。
