什么是前列腺增生

前列腺增生被稱作是良性前列腺增生，是緩慢進(jìn)展的一個(gè)過(guò)程，一般發(fā)生在50歲以上的男性身上，會(huì)引起中老年男性出現(xiàn)排尿障礙，大多數(shù)患者出現(xiàn)尿急、尿頻、尿不盡、排尿疼痛、排尿困難、夜尿增多、尿分叉、尿滴瀝等。
前列腺增生一般發(fā)生在老年男性身上，跟不良的生活習(xí)慣有很大關(guān)系，比如說(shuō)缺乏運(yùn)動(dòng)、精神緊張、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間熬夜、工作壓力太大、過(guò)量酗酒、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間久坐等，有心臟病或者是糖尿病的患者，就會(huì)增加患上前列腺增生的幾率，身體過(guò)于肥胖也會(huì)增加風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，可以適當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，降低發(fā)生疾病的幾率，應(yīng)該及時(shí)到醫(yī)院就診進(jìn)行體格檢查、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查或者是影像學(xué)檢查來(lái)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估。平時(shí)避免久坐，不可以穿過(guò)緊內(nèi)褲。
