新生兒溶血病是否需要住院，要具體分析。
新生兒溶血病癥狀：
一、患兒在出生以后24小時(shí)之內(nèi)，會(huì)出現(xiàn)黃疸。多數(shù)ABO溶血病在第二或第三天出現(xiàn)。
二、不同程度的貧血。重度的Rh溶血在出生以后會(huì)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的貧血，或者伴有心力衰竭，部分的患兒因其抗體持續(xù)存在，可以于出生以后3~6周，出現(xiàn)晚期貧血。
三、Rh溶血病患兒有不同程度的肝脾增大，ABO溶血患兒發(fā)病不明顯。
此外，新生兒的溶血病還會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥，膽紅素腦病和神經(jīng)功能障礙。
