上腹部正中間一陣隱痛是胃病嗎

肚子上腹部正中間隱痛，多見于以下原因：
第一、最常見的是胃部的病變，比如胃炎、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍，甚至胃出血等等，都會造成肚子上腹正中間的隱痛。
第二、膽囊位置在右上腹部，膽囊疼痛痛點(diǎn)會在上腹部正中的位置，并不是在右上腹，所以要注意有這個可能性。
第三、肚子上腹部正中間位的下方還有結(jié)腸，如果是橫結(jié)腸的痙攣、腸炎或者是結(jié)腸的病源，也會造成上腹部正中間的隱痛。
最后像心臟病人，也會發(fā)生上腹部的絞痛，位置不一定在左前胸，也可以在肚子的上腹部，有時候還會放射到肚子的上腹正中間位置。
