什么是精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性癲癇

精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性癲癇是指在癲癇的發(fā)作時(shí)在意識(shí)障礙的基礎(chǔ)上，出現(xiàn)了錯(cuò)覺(jué)、幻覺(jué)以及自動(dòng)癥的情況。常見(jiàn)的引起精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性癲癇的原因是顳葉的病變，故也稱之為顳葉癲癇，是癲癇的一個(gè)臨床類型，主要表現(xiàn)為短暫的意識(shí)混亂或精神失常，可伴有錯(cuò)亂行為，嚴(yán)重患者可出現(xiàn)傷人等事件，可持續(xù)數(shù)小時(shí)指數(shù)天。發(fā)作后患者對(duì)發(fā)作時(shí)的行為無(wú)記憶。
該病主要是依靠腦電圖進(jìn)行診斷。治療主要是對(duì)癥治療，減少發(fā)作的頻率。選擇合適的藥物治療能夠迅速緩解患者的癥狀，并在穩(wěn)定期進(jìn)行藥物治療。對(duì)于精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性癲癇還可以進(jìn)行電刺激治療，通過(guò)針對(duì)異常放電受損神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的刺激達(dá)到修復(fù)的目的。
