口腔粘膜燙傷是可以吃消炎藥的，對預(yù)防燙傷創(chuàng)面繼發(fā)感染是有一定的作用的，但對于口腔粘膜燙傷的治療應(yīng)以局部治療為主，全身治療為輔，可以在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下應(yīng)用含有抗菌成分的漱口液比如硼砂漱口水和促進(jìn)潰瘍愈合的藥物如康復(fù)新液交替含漱，即能預(yù)防感染又能促進(jìn)潰瘍愈合，而且局部用藥即安全又有效，比全身用藥效果要更快更顯著。
如果局部疼痛明顯，影響進(jìn)食，可以在燙傷創(chuàng)面上涂抹利多卡因凝膠能很好的止痛。同時在飲食上也要注意以清淡溫涼些的流質(zhì)食物為宜，加強(qiáng)漱口，保持口腔衛(wèi)生清潔，這樣能利于燙傷創(chuàng)面的愈合。
