B超是否可以確診肝血管瘤

大多數(shù)的血管瘤都可以通過B超的影像學診斷。因為血管瘤在B超的影像下，有一個特征性的表現(xiàn)，一般會表現(xiàn)為強回聲，形態(tài)是比較規(guī)整的圓形或者橢圓形。通過血流的探測，沒有明顯的血流信號，這時就考慮可能是血管瘤。基本上大多數(shù)的血管瘤，都可以通過B超的手段檢測出來。
當然，如果有些特別小，比如小于5mm的血管瘤，有時候可能B超的檢查不能夠立馬發(fā)現(xiàn)。但是也不用擔心，一般可以通過CT幫助診斷，也可以通過定期的B超監(jiān)測。因為幾毫米的特別微小的血管瘤，有時候也不能夠完全確診是血管瘤。
