感冒后咳嗽有黃痰是什么情況

感冒是最常見的一種上呼吸道感染。上呼吸道感染后咳嗽有黃痰，可能與病毒感染基礎(chǔ)上出現(xiàn)了細(xì)菌感染有關(guān)。
患者上呼吸道感染初期會出現(xiàn)鼻塞、流清水樣鼻涕、咽干、咽部燒灼感、咽喉癢、打噴嚏等不適表現(xiàn)。隨著疾病發(fā)展，病毒感染基礎(chǔ)上出現(xiàn)了細(xì)菌感染，患者就會出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳黃痰、咽喉疼痛、發(fā)熱、聲音嘶啞等表現(xiàn)，部分患者還會出現(xiàn)四肢酸痛、畏寒、頭痛、食欲不振等癥狀。建議患者可以遵醫(yī)囑服用鹽酸氨溴索、鹽酸溴己新等祛痰藥物能夠緩解黃痰的癥狀。此外，患者繼發(fā)細(xì)菌感染時，可以遵醫(yī)囑服用青霉素類、頭孢類、喹諾酮類抗生素來進行治療。
建議患者上呼吸道感染后咳嗽有黃痰，去醫(yī)院檢查病因，要針對病因采取合適的治療措施。還要多飲水，不要吸煙，要吃一些清淡易消化的食物，保證充分的休息。
