白化病是如何引起的

白化病是由于黑色素，或黑色素體生物合成有關(guān)的一些基因突變，導(dǎo)致黑色素不能正常合成或合成以后，不能正常運(yùn)輸所引起的一種單基因的遺傳病，它通常表現(xiàn)為常染色體隱性遺傳，例如眼皮膚白化病。
還有一大類(lèi)眼白化病，它是X連鎖隱性遺傳，都是由于基因突變所導(dǎo)致的，因?yàn)槲覀兊纳刂饕窃谄つw、毛發(fā)和眼底，引起色素合成的基因突變以后，這些色素不能正常合成，就表現(xiàn)為皮膚、毛發(fā)、眼底缺乏色素，除了色素淡之外，還會(huì)出現(xiàn)眼球震顫、畏光、視力低下這些眼部表現(xiàn)。
