垂體瘤手術后尿崩需要怎么辦

垂體瘤術后尿崩癥是因為腫瘤侵犯垂體柄，或手術將腫瘤和垂體柄合并切除，本身它受影響會出現尿崩癥，每天可能好幾千毫升，會引起人體鹽分的異常。
人體主要由水和鹽分組成，尿崩癥會引起鹽分異常，導致血液鹽濃度的升高，稱為高鈉血癥，血液鹽濃度降低，稱為低鈉血癥，其對人體都有不良影響，高鈉血癥可能導致神志不清，低鈉血癥可能導致昏迷。
尿崩癥對身體還是有很大的影響，所以一般情況下，對尿崩應采取一些藥物治療，目前常用的是垂體后葉素，垂體后葉素是肌肉針，還有一種是通過口服的彌凝藥物，術后垂體激素分泌減少，用此類藥物替代本身的激素，保證內環(huán)境平衡。
