尿道口流膿常見的是淋病，而不是梅毒。
尿道口流膿可以由很多原因引起，有的只是非特異性的一些細(xì)菌感染，但是如果是在高危行為之后，大概一個星期左右出現(xiàn)了尿道流膿的癥狀，首先考慮的還是淋病。淋病是淋病雙球菌感染引起。淋病雙球菌可以引起尿道粘膜出現(xiàn)化膿性炎癥，表現(xiàn)為典型的尿頻、尿急、尿痛、尿道口紅腫、尿道膿性分泌物。
梅毒感染之后，最早期是一期梅毒硬下疳的表現(xiàn)，主要是發(fā)生在男性或者女性的外生殖器、肛周部位，基本皮損是局部的硬結(jié)和潰瘍，而不是尿道口的流膿，所以尿道流膿并不是梅毒很常見的癥狀。
