尿酸高不一定是腎不好。尿酸是嘌呤代謝的最終產(chǎn)物，體內(nèi)尿酸每日的生成量和排泄量大約是相等的。尿酸主要來源是靠自身合成，食物僅占一小部分；每日產(chǎn)生的尿酸2/3從尿中排泄，剩余的1/3通過
消化道由膽道、胃及小腸排出體外。上述各種途徑只要任何一方面出現(xiàn)問題，就會(huì)造成尿酸升高。
當(dāng)
血尿酸超過飽和濃度，尿酸鹽晶體析出可直接沉淀于關(guān)節(jié)及周圍軟組織、腎小管和血管等部位，引發(fā)其他疾病。所以引起尿酸高的原因比較多，而腎不好只是其中的一個(gè)原因。尿酸高也可能作為輔助判斷腎功能，是一種輔助監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)，并不能作為一種診斷指標(biāo)。
