胃鏡檢查是指經(jīng)口導(dǎo)入內(nèi)鏡，依次觀察食管、胃、十二指腸，的一種檢查方法。胃鏡檢查不僅可直接觀察病變部位，并留取影像，必要時(shí)還可利用活檢鉗，采集少量組織進(jìn)行病理檢查，并明確有無幽門螺桿菌感染等。如胃鏡檢查懷疑為胃癌，則需采集少量組織進(jìn)行病理檢查，病理檢查如發(fā)現(xiàn)癌細(xì)胞，則可確診為胃癌。
