目前臨床上對(duì)于月經(jīng)停閉一年以上沒有月經(jīng)來潮，我們認(rèn)為是卵巢功能已經(jīng)衰竭，這時(shí)才真正的進(jìn)入了絕經(jīng)期屬于絕經(jīng)，絕經(jīng)前期可能會(huì)以多種方式臨床表現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)癥狀。但是如果持續(xù)連續(xù)一年不來月經(jīng)，一般認(rèn)為卵巢的卵泡已經(jīng)失去對(duì)下丘腦垂體所分泌的大量卵泡促刺激素起反應(yīng)的能力。
那么絕經(jīng)前期這個(gè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短也是不一定的，受多種因素的影響如工作性質(zhì)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)情況以及一般健康狀態(tài)等等，這些相關(guān)因素的綜合影響，但是每個(gè)人的情況不一樣身體素質(zhì)也不一樣，絕經(jīng)前期的長(zhǎng)短的時(shí)間也是不一樣的，有些人心態(tài)好體質(zhì)較強(qiáng)，那么這個(gè)絕經(jīng)過渡期的時(shí)間則比較短。
