拇外翻可以微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療，但是有一點(diǎn)，因?yàn)槟赐夥總€(gè)人翻的程度不一樣，造成了以后伴隨的病理改變不一樣，所以治療的方式好多。
拇外翻的手術(shù)方式，是有一百多種手術(shù)方式，現(xiàn)在通過創(chuàng)傷減少，為了更好恢復(fù)創(chuàng)傷，減輕創(chuàng)傷的情況下現(xiàn)在有微創(chuàng)手術(shù)。所以微創(chuàng)也有幾個(gè)，第一個(gè)，切口小可以叫微創(chuàng)，有的時(shí)候創(chuàng)傷小也叫微創(chuàng)，有的時(shí)候咱們現(xiàn)在減少切口，減少遠(yuǎn)組織的損傷和肌腱的損傷，這也是一種微創(chuàng)，所以，一般情況下可以微創(chuàng)去治。
但是對(duì)重度的拇外翻，比如翻的太大，有可能得需要截骨，才能夠把角度整過來，然后再需要固定的釘擋一些板，可能微創(chuàng)就是單純一個(gè)小眼進(jìn)去，用鉆頭磨的情況下，可能就不會(huì)完成解決下來，還有可能要做小切口，把骨塊給接入，把拇指能夠順直了也可以。
所以拇外翻的具體做什么方式，根據(jù)外翻的程度，還有外翻有沒有其他的改變。一般拇外翻重的情況下，到第二指或第三指的錘狀指的改變，就是第三指的和第二指的情況，導(dǎo)致一些病理改變，單純有可能微創(chuàng)也做不下來了，就看看它的具體程度，再?zèng)Q定是否能做微創(chuàng)手術(shù)。
