生育和乳腺癌有什么關(guān)系

臨床上生育與乳腺癌的發(fā)生是存在相關(guān)性的。研究證實(shí)有些女性生育方面的特殊情況會(huì)導(dǎo)致乳腺癌發(fā)病率的升高，這些因素主要包括：已婚未生育、未婚、已婚較大年紀(jì)才生育、生育后不哺乳等。
考慮發(fā)病原因也是由于未生育、晚育等情況，導(dǎo)致女性體內(nèi)激素分泌出現(xiàn)失調(diào)，從而引起雌激素過高，刺激乳腺導(dǎo)管細(xì)胞發(fā)生增生異常，最終發(fā)生乳腺癌。因此為了降低乳腺癌發(fā)病，可以鼓勵(lì)適齡結(jié)婚以及生育，生育后提倡母乳喂養(yǎng)。
