膀胱癌手術后復查什么項目

膀胱癌術后復查項目應該結合手術的情況針對性的進行選擇。
第一，保留膀胱術后進行膀胱灌注治療。三個月后復查膀胱鏡明確腫瘤是否復發(fā)。
第二，改道術后需明確泌尿超聲檢查，了解有無腎臟的積水進一步了解膀胱容量引流情況漏口有無狹窄等。
第三，擔心局部復發(fā)者進一步明確盆腔ct或者核磁，注意有無肝臟、肺等遠處轉移。
第四，經(jīng)尿道的腫瘤電切需要定期的復查膀胱鏡。
第五，每年需要做一次影像學的檢查，比如ct核磁一般一年需要檢查一次。第六，尿的脫落細胞學，看看尿液中是不是還有腫瘤細胞。
