有抗體還會不會感染乙肝病毒

大多數(shù)有乙肝保護性抗體的病人，是不會感染乙肝的。
因為乙肝抗體是保護性的抗體，可以保護免受乙肝病毒的感染，而且如果抗體在比較高的水平大于100mIU/ml的情況，是沒有感染乙肝風險的，可以放心不用擔心會感染乙肝情況。如果乙肝表面抗體是比較低的情況，另外還有如果乙肝五項，這張檢查結(jié)果上，除了乙肝表面抗體陽性之外，還有乙肝表面抗原的陽性，這個時候就提示還是有乙肝病毒的感染。單純的乙肝表面抗體陽性，并不是乙肝的感染，如果乙肝表面抗體陽性，還有乙肝表面抗原陽性，有可能就是得了乙肝。
