卵巢癌與乳腺癌關(guān)系

卵巢癌與乳腺癌是非常緊密的，因?yàn)樗鼈兊闹虏∫蛩睾芙咏?，比如因?yàn)樵陆?jīng)的初潮年齡比較早，再就是絕經(jīng)比較晚、未孕的或者未哺乳的患者，這些是高危的人群。除此之外，再就是遺傳性的，在家族里面有乳腺癌或卵巢癌的病人當(dāng)中，乳腺癌、卵巢癌的發(fā)病率會(huì)高一些。
除了這些之外，在乳腺癌的治療上，在激素受體陽(yáng)性的患者會(huì)使用內(nèi)分泌治療，特別是抗持續(xù)治療的他莫昔芬，在內(nèi)分泌治療的同時(shí)，一定要定時(shí)檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜，因?yàn)檫€有誘發(fā)卵巢癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
所以，卵巢癌跟乳腺癌二者有一定的相關(guān)性，在臨床上會(huì)建議患者不要做丁克家族，生了小孩盡可能母乳喂養(yǎng)，這樣都有助于降低乳腺癌、卵巢癌的發(fā)病率。
