如何正確的治療帶狀皰疹

帶狀皰疹的治療主要分為內(nèi)服藥物和外用藥物進行綜合的治療。帶狀皰疹主要是應(yīng)用抗病毒的如阿昔洛韋、法西洛韋及一些抗病毒的干擾素等軟膏進行外涂。如果水泡破裂可以外涂紫藥水，如果伴發(fā)感染可以同時應(yīng)用碘伏，紅霉素藥膏等進行抗細菌感染的治療。同時也需要足量按療程的口服抗病毒中藥，或者口服抗病毒的西藥，如阿昔洛韋等。
在治療期間要避免帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的發(fā)生，就要同時口服營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)的藥物，如b族維生素等能夠起到避免在皰疹消失以后形成較難治療的后遺神經(jīng)痛。
