孕中期的胎動頻繁是正?，F(xiàn)象。懷孕中期由于胎兒比較小，宮腔空間較大，羊水量比較多，所以胎兒在宮腔內的活動的幅度和范圍都會較大，容易出現(xiàn)胎動頻繁的現(xiàn)象。隨著孕周逐漸的增長，胎兒逐漸長大，而宮腔內的空間逐漸的減小，羊水量減少，往往胎動會相對較少，胎動的幅度也較小，但胎動仍然持續(xù)存在。
如果胎動明顯減少或是持續(xù)的胎動頻繁后突然發(fā)生胎動減少，有可能是胎兒宮內缺氧的情況，需要及時到醫(yī)院就診。如果是胎動持續(xù)比較活躍的狀態(tài)則正常。
