毛囊炎用哪些藥好得快

毛囊炎如果長的數(shù)量比較少，像面部長一兩個，外用夫西地酸乳膏就很不錯，好的很快。如果毛囊炎長的數(shù)量比較多，范圍也比較廣泛，周圍炎癥比較明顯，這個時候要加系統(tǒng)用藥，比如口服米諾環(huán)素，1頓1g，1天2次外用夫西地酸。如果毛囊炎長得比較深，根比較深，深在的毛囊炎。
除了口服抗生素以外，還要加一些具有溶解膠原纖維過度增生，還有控油類的藥物，抑制皮脂溢出旺盛的藥，比如泰爾絲，可以餐后口服上2-3顆，這樣對于深在性的毛囊炎，而且有瘢痕形成的，或者出油比較大的痤瘡，毛囊炎比較明顯的，要把它加上。
所以得了毛囊炎以后，對輕型的毛囊炎，外用抗生素軟膏就可以。對于深在性的毛囊炎，同時還有纖維化的毛囊炎，要用口服的抗生素，同時再配合外用的抗生素軟膏，這類的毛囊炎，用這些藥就好得很快。
當然，生活上的護理也很重要，比如不要總上手去摸、摳、擠、掐，這些動作可以加重毛囊炎。
