如何判斷咳嗽的性質(zhì)

咳嗽的性質(zhì)分為干性咳嗽和濕性咳嗽兩種，干性咳嗽是指那種干咳無痰或痰量極少的咳嗽，主要見于過敏性咳嗽、急性支氣管炎初期、二尖瓣狹窄、肺癌引起的咳嗽等。
濕性咳嗽是指咳嗽同時伴有比較多的痰液，主要見于慢性支氣管炎、肺炎、支氣管擴(kuò)張等。通過判斷咳嗽的性質(zhì)，對于臨床用藥有一定的指導(dǎo)作用，對于干性咳嗽，可以適當(dāng)給予止咳藥物，對于濕性咳嗽，就不應(yīng)單純給予止咳藥物，否則會導(dǎo)致痰液積在氣管內(nèi)，不利于痰液的排出，這時候就需要給予化痰藥物，以利于排痰。
