前列腺癌術后多久復查

前列腺癌根治手術以后復查主要是根據PSA的水平選擇恰當的隨訪周期。對于低危、中微和高危的患者選擇的治療方案不同，復查的時間也是不一樣的。從PSA的代謝就是半衰期在術后的四到六周一定要進行第一次復查，檢查PSA的降低幅度。
如果PSA穩(wěn)定推薦每三個月復查一次PSA，每一年左右進行骨掃描和核磁共振檢查，當患者出現(xiàn)生化的復發(fā)，比如PSA的數值超過1英克每毫升、4英克每毫升、10英克每毫升的時候建議患者在進行全身的評估，比如骨掃描和盆腔核磁共振，對于有條件的個人推薦進行petct的掃描。
