在我國(guó)針對(duì)孕期保健有一個(gè)指南，所以根據(jù)指南，在整個(gè)孕期會(huì)提供系統(tǒng)的超聲檢查。
比如孕十二周左右的NT超聲，孕二十周到二十四周左右的畸形篩查超聲，有的時(shí)候在二十八周之前，還會(huì)提供第二次畸形篩查超聲。后期就會(huì)根據(jù)孩子的生長(zhǎng)速度和在孕期檢查的過程當(dāng)中，孕婦的宮高和腹圍的生長(zhǎng)速度、變化情況來判斷后期是否要繼續(xù)進(jìn)行超聲檢查。
一般的醫(yī)院和產(chǎn)科機(jī)構(gòu)考慮二十八周剛剛做完超聲，如果沒有需要繼續(xù)觀察的指標(biāo)，都在三十四周左右，再次提供一次超聲，來判斷孩子的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育情況。進(jìn)入到孕三十七周以后，根據(jù)每個(gè)產(chǎn)科機(jī)構(gòu)的具體情況，給孕婦提供每周一次的超聲檢查，判斷孩子的大小和羊水量。
