繼發(fā)性肺結(jié)核是什么意思

繼發(fā)性肺結(jié)核是肺結(jié)核的一種類型，此類患者既往多有肺結(jié)核病史，經(jīng)抗結(jié)核治療痊愈，此次發(fā)病可因免疫力低下，再次受結(jié)核菌感染引起，還可因體內(nèi)病灶又出現(xiàn)活動(dòng)、復(fù)發(fā)所致。
繼發(fā)性肺結(jié)核多有明顯的臨床癥狀，容易產(chǎn)生空洞、排菌，具有傳染性。它有兩種情況，一種是發(fā)病慢、臨床癥狀少，病灶多在肺尖或鎖骨下，痰涂片陰性，這種預(yù)后良好；還有一種是發(fā)病較快的，短期可出現(xiàn)廣泛的病變、空洞、播散，痰涂片陽(yáng)性等，這類患者多存在營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良、抵抗力低下或免疫功能受損。
