短期吃些燙食，通常就會(huì)灼傷口腔、食管和胃粘膜，會(huì)造成口腔，食管和胃黏膜的損傷。
一旦長(zhǎng)期吃燙食，會(huì)造成食管和胃的潰瘍，甚至出血問題，胃粘膜就會(huì)出現(xiàn)脫落，更新，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)一個(gè)分裂增殖，在這個(gè)增殖的過程中，就有可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些基因突變，這些增加這種癌癥的可能。
