血常規(guī)檢查并不能夠確定患者是否患有傳染病。臨床上最常見的傳染病篩查是指乙肝、丙肝、梅毒和艾滋病的篩查。
進(jìn)行手術(shù)前或者做一些侵入性的操作前，要進(jìn)行傳染病的篩查，保證不會因?yàn)槭中g(shù)或者侵入性的操作而感染這些傳染性的疾病。當(dāng)然臨床上所說的傳染病范圍非常廣。
根據(jù)國家傳染病管控的法律法規(guī)，分為甲乙丙三個類型的傳染性疾病。傳染性疾病都有致病的細(xì)菌或者病毒，都有易感的人群，而且都有傳播的機(jī)制。懷疑到傳染病以后，應(yīng)該到當(dāng)?shù)氐膫魅静♂t(yī)院就診，通過專業(yè)的方法確定是否患有傳染性的疾病。
