白血病血象有哪些

白血病血象有血常規(guī)、血涂片檢查?；加?a href="http://www.sxhyfhb888.com/k/0g46bkfk9yo0xq1.html" target="_blank">急性白血病時(shí)，一般要觀察患者的白細(xì)胞的數(shù)量，部分患者的白細(xì)胞數(shù)量有增多，但是有些患者的白細(xì)胞數(shù)量是正?；蛘呤菧p少的。急性白血病的時(shí)候，主要是看外周的血涂片中有沒(méi)有原始和幼稚細(xì)胞的增多，如果患者的外周血中原始和幼稚細(xì)胞明顯增多，就考慮患者是急性白血病的可能性比較大，同時(shí)急性白血病的患者血常規(guī)，也會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)紅細(xì)胞和血小板有不同程度的降低。
如果患者是慢性白血病，患者的白細(xì)胞可以出現(xiàn)不同程度的增高，有些甚至可以有數(shù)10倍的增多，但是慢性白血病的患者，紅細(xì)胞和血小板很多患者是正常的。
