乳腺癌手術(shù)后的并發(fā)癥包括以下幾種：
一、乳腺癌術(shù)后刀口愈合不良引起局部感染疼痛。
二、手術(shù)后出現(xiàn)皮下血腫、皮下積液等并發(fā)癥。
三、手術(shù)側(cè)腋窩區(qū)腫脹，上肢出現(xiàn)淋巴水腫、上肢活動(dòng)受限活動(dòng)障礙。
四、手術(shù)后肋間神經(jīng)疼、臂叢神經(jīng)損傷等并發(fā)癥。
五、有的患者術(shù)后后出現(xiàn)刀口脂肪壞死，并發(fā)感染，出現(xiàn)刀口感染等。
六、有些患者乳腺癌術(shù)后遺留手術(shù)切口區(qū)域疼痛，尤其是在陰天下雨等氣候癥狀加重。
