裸眼視力4.7，這個數(shù)值是用五分制視力表測量的結(jié)果，五分制的視力表，5.0以上是正常視力，4.7就沒有達到正常視力，如果患者沒有眼部的器質(zhì)病變，就可能存在屈光不正。具體屈光不正是多少度，一定是通過標準的驗光的過程，要進行驗光和視鏡來測量，不能夠通過簡單的視力檢查進行換算。
