做無(wú)痛胃鏡有危險(xiǎn)性嗎

對(duì)于患者來(lái)說(shuō)，任何一種檢查和麻醉技術(shù)都會(huì)存在一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但是如果有一位有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的麻醉醫(yī)生在為患者保駕護(hù)航，做無(wú)痛胃鏡時(shí)的安全是可以得到保證的。但是并不是每一位患者都能夠?qū)嵤o(wú)痛胃鏡，需要麻醉醫(yī)師進(jìn)行術(shù)前評(píng)估，確?；颊吣茏鰺o(wú)痛胃鏡后才能實(shí)施無(wú)痛胃鏡術(shù)。
無(wú)痛胃鏡需要做一些術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備，首先是術(shù)前禁食方面的準(zhǔn)備，患者在術(shù)前需要禁食大約8個(gè)小時(shí)，禁飲2個(gè)小時(shí)。另外，因?yàn)闊o(wú)痛技術(shù)的要求，一般是需要一個(gè)人陪你一起來(lái)參加檢查。無(wú)痛胃鏡患者在建立靜脈通路之后，由麻醉醫(yī)生向靜脈內(nèi)輸注靜脈全身麻醉藥物，比如丙泊酚，等患者入睡進(jìn)入全身麻醉狀態(tài)后，內(nèi)鏡醫(yī)生才開(kāi)始實(shí)施胃鏡的檢查，等檢查結(jié)束后5-10分鐘左右，患者才會(huì)自然蘇醒。
