新生兒臍帶殘端脫落前，應(yīng)每天消毒兩次，早晚各一次。
消毒時(shí)，家長應(yīng)先洗手，然后用棉簽蘸取75％的醫(yī)用酒精或碘伏，擦拭臍帶根部。擦拭時(shí)，盡量將棉簽探入到肚臍內(nèi)部。擦拭后，再用干凈的棉簽將臍窩里殘留的液體蘸干，保證臍窩干燥。如果臍窩內(nèi)殘留有水分，可能會(huì)引起感染。被剪斷的臍帶一般在寶寶出生后2周左右脫落。脫落前，臍帶殘端的顏色會(huì)從最初的黃色變成棕色，最后變?yōu)楹谏?br /> 臍帶殘端脫落后，仍然需要每天1～2次消毒臍窩，持續(xù)3天至1周的時(shí)間。
每次給寶寶洗完澡后，要及時(shí)用干凈的棉球或棉簽蘸干臍窩，以免發(fā)生感染。如果寶寶肚臍周圍發(fā)紅，且有大量的液體滲出來，或者散發(fā)出異味，提示可能發(fā)生了臍部感染，如果臍部出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性的血性分泌物，要注意晚發(fā)性的維生素K缺乏引起的出血癥，均應(yīng)及時(shí)帶寶寶就醫(yī)。
