嚴(yán)重扁平足的癥狀，主要是表現(xiàn)為足弓基本上是消失。當(dāng)人站立負(fù)重的時(shí)候，會(huì)出現(xiàn)足部內(nèi)側(cè)的皮膚軟組織完全是與地面接觸的。另外也有可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致有足外翻畸形。主要是看到踝關(guān)節(jié)明顯的外翻。
另外如果是嚴(yán)重的扁平足，時(shí)間長了，還會(huì)出現(xiàn)有足部足底的筋膜長期受到牽拉損傷，而導(dǎo)致慢性炎癥，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)足底筋膜炎，導(dǎo)致足根部的地方經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)疼痛，但站立走路的時(shí)候疼痛會(huì)出現(xiàn)或者加重。如果是炎癥非常嚴(yán)重，還會(huì)出現(xiàn)局部腫脹，皮膚潮紅，皮膚溫度升高等紅腫熱痛的癥狀。
