肚子空空的想吐是怎么回事

肚子空空的，但是有惡心嘔吐的感覺，主要考慮消化系統(tǒng)的疾病誘發(fā)的，育齡期的婦女需要考慮早期妊娠的可能。人的胃部在進食以后，大約2~4個小時，胃就可以達到排空的狀態(tài)，如果本身有胃部的疾病，例如胃炎胃潰瘍等，胃酸分泌過多導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)胃部的痙攣、收縮，出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐胃痛。
另外如果患者有肝臟功能的損傷，例如肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌等，造成膽汁分泌的異常，也可以出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐。
如果患者正處于育齡期，而且并未采取避孕狀態(tài)，頻繁的出現(xiàn)惡心的感覺，需要考慮早期妊娠的可能。
