小兒腹腔鏡手術(shù)后痛嗎

小兒腹腔鏡手術(shù)以后肯定疼，這個是沒有問題的。因為腹腔鏡手術(shù)，畢竟在腹腔內(nèi)要打幾個眼，把鏡子要放進(jìn)去，有操作的空間，打的眼都是對腹壁的損傷，麻醉過去以后，疼痛肯定是會有的，怎么會沒有疼痛。腹腔鏡手術(shù)以后，疼痛有的還是比較明顯的。當(dāng)然腹腔鏡手術(shù)，不僅是小孩會疼痛，成人做完腹腔鏡手術(shù)也是明顯疼痛的，而且還要往里打氣體，可能還會出現(xiàn)腹脹，肚子不舒服，甚至肚子疼都是有可能的。
因為畢竟會導(dǎo)致腸道的功能會發(fā)生一定的紊亂，在一定的時間之內(nèi)，腹腔鏡手術(shù)肯定會導(dǎo)致疼痛的感覺。術(shù)后如果疼痛非常明顯，該用止痛藥的用止痛藥，但是疼痛不會持續(xù)的存在，要持續(xù)存在肯定是有別的原因。
