青光眼的治療方法有哪些

青光眼目前有藥物治療、激光治療、手術(shù)治療三種方式，其中藥物治療主要是通過在眼部點(diǎn)降眼壓的滴眼液，來控制青光眼病情的發(fā)展。
目前常用的有酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液、布林佐胺滴眼液、鹽酸卡替洛爾滴眼液，拉坦前列素滴眼液，硝酸毛果蕓香堿滴眼液等。而激光治療則主要是通過做YAG激光周邊虹膜造孔治療，選擇性激光小梁成形治療，以及睫狀體光凝治療等來降低眼壓治療青光眼，延緩病情的進(jìn)展。手術(shù)治療則主要是通過做復(fù)合式小梁切除術(shù)，青光眼引流閥植入術(shù)等，建立人工的房水引流通道，從而使眼壓恢復(fù)到安全水平。
青光眼患者應(yīng)該選擇何種方式進(jìn)行治療，必須到醫(yī)院的眼科進(jìn)行充分而詳細(xì)的檢查后作出評(píng)估，才能最終確定。
