臉被太陽曬后表現(xiàn)紅痛，患者要立即脫離日曬的環(huán)境，局部加強(qiáng)用冷水冷濕敷，冷濕敷之后，外用植物油保護(hù)臉部的皮膚，患者應(yīng)該立即到醫(yī)院及時(shí)就診?；颊叩哪槺惶枙窈?，皮膚紅腫、疼痛，提示患者的皮膚出現(xiàn)了日光性的皮炎，日光性皮炎包括日光敏感性皮炎和光毒性皮炎。
本病多見于春夏季于日曬后4-6小時(shí)出現(xiàn)皮膚損害，表現(xiàn)為光暴露部位的皮膚，出現(xiàn)境界清楚的水腫性紅斑，伴有局部的瘙癢，嚴(yán)重患者進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，在紅斑基礎(chǔ)上出現(xiàn)水泡，并伴有灼熱感或繼而出現(xiàn)灼痛、刺痛。
