心衰能否做支架手術(shù)主要是根據(jù)患者的冠狀狹窄程度來判斷。一般來講，心衰患者是因?yàn)樾呐K的收縮功能出現(xiàn)異常而導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)的臨床綜合癥。
如果不是心肌梗塞左導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)心衰，并不需要安置支架，主要通過藥物治療或者微創(chuàng)介入即可。但對(duì)于冠心病導(dǎo)致的心衰則需要通過冠狀造影判斷狹窄程度來選擇能否做支架治療。
尤其是狹窄程度較為嚴(yán)重時(shí)，做支架治療不僅能夠有效的改善心臟舒張功能，而且還能夠改善心肌供血，矯正心衰問題。但需要注意的是，支教并不能從根本上改善疾病，只能在一定程度上緩解患者的癥狀以及心絞痛。
